Is it really okay to not be okay?

Having a rough bad day, may be a major setback, being away from home. Sometimes, it feels like one thing goes wrong after another. And another, and another. You think you’re not allowed to cry, to admit that you’re not okay, one day you were feeling fine and the next day you feel depressed but yes it’s okay to not be okay.

Unlike lectures, where a speaker will address the audience, seminars and workshops are held by someone acting as a mediator. This allows for opening up the floor for discussion about the business world and hearing about other ideas on the topic – in a setting that encourages conversation.
